For over ten years in my media career, one question kept finding its way back to me — in DMs, at events, after interviews, from strangers and friends alike: how do I break into this? How do I get better? Will you mentor me?
At first, I answered with training — a masterclass here, a mentorship session there. But a pattern kept repeating. People didn't just want to learn something once and go home. They wanted somewhere to return to.
What they were really asking for was consistent supervision and honest hand-holding — a place to keep practising what they'd learned long after the session ended, so the growth didn't stop at a certificate. And, crucially, a place that could position them for real opportunities once they were ready.
That was the real gap. Not more information — Africa already has plenty of that — but structure. Consistency. A system built around practice, not just theory. So I decided to build it: a home for young, upcoming media enthusiasts and communicators across every field who are ready to grow continuously, not just once.
